Inconsiderate

I hate people lending one's personal belonging without the
owner's permission/consent as if the property rightfully
belongs to her/him. Thats simply rude. At else inform the
owner before the action is done and not until the third party
has received the property.
SILENCE cannot amount to one's agreement without the owner's
consent. Moreover the owner didnt even know about that matter
until its being found out secretly!
WTH now i need the book. WTF do feel guilty, but i doubt the
cultprit knows about it. totally pissed off over it.
